- Green and red bell pepper, julienned
- Onion, julienned
- 1 (14 oz) Stoneridge Ranch Italian Beef Dip
- 4 oz giardiniera, chopped
- 4 sandwich or ciabatta rolls, or a baguette
Sauté the peppers and onion, add the beef and au jus, heat through, pile onto the rolls with giardiniera, and serve the au jus on the side for dipping.
